Movement of Alliance Clubs International was started in the month of September 2008. However it was properly formulated and reorganised on March 24th, 2017. All the authorised members in the General Body Meeting voted to make it a Limited Company with the new name “Association of Alliance Clubs International “ which shall function and carry our Social welfare activities and Services throughout the world. For this it was decided and approved in the General House by all the members that branches or Clubs should be opened all over the world and they will function under Rules and Regulations of that country and that they will maintain accounts and other records in that country as per the law of Land.

As per the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Association of Alliance Clubs International, there are three promoters/founders as follows:

1. Ally Buddaraju Thirupathi Raju
2. Ally Capt.Kuldip Singh
3. Ally Er. Anup Kumar Mittal
4. Ally Koduri Ranga Rao

In addition all other Directors are on rotational basis as per Constitution of AACI. All Past International Presidents from 2008 to 2017 were approved to be taken as all the Past International Presidents of the AACI and are the Directors of the Company. In reference to Article of Association of Alliance Clubs International - Section 40 Sub Section (IV) Board of Directors of Association of Alliance Clubs International are empowered to make or formulate Internal Regulations and Policies. The Constitution & Bye-Laws and Policies of AACI are framed accordingly to that.
