Ally C Balachandran - Past President 2024-25

Ally C. Balachandran S/o Sri Chidambaram and Smt Samuthiram ammal was born on 05.06.01947 at Mangudi village in Thiruvarur District of Tamilnadu. He had obtained his B.Com degree, MBA degree, BL degree and PG Diploma in Material Management from Madras University and B.L Degree from Madras Law College. He had served in HTL (Hindustan Teleprinters Ltd.) an undertaking of Govt. of India, for more than 37 years in various capacities and retired as consultant. He has also enrolled as an Advocate in the Madras High Court.

Being hailed from the traditional Agricultural family in Thiruvarur, where the untold harassments lashed out on the tenants by the landlords, most of them were 'bonded labourers', he is well versed with the movement of Communism prevailed there. At the time of worsening situation there, his wife's grand father Sri Kalappaal Kuppusamy had initiated the communist movement in that area and emerged as the revolutionary leader and toiled for the upliftment of the downtrodden people and sacrified his life for this cause and thus he is celebrated even now as the great leader of the masses.

The trait of Trade Unionism was naturally runs in Mr. Balachandran's blood as such he had associated with trade union activities in HTL, for a long period, both at the supervisory and executive levels and served for the welfare of the workers and officers.

Further, he has also associated himself with many social and cultural organisations and continue to do yeoman services always to the community in large numbers. His services to the poor and needy people continue especially to the people of hos native town.

He had founded Mount Multispeciality Hospital in Kesari Nagar, Adambakkam, Chennai and being it's founder director , rendering lot of health services for the betterment of the local people by conducting free medical camps and health awareness programmes.

He joined Allianism as CLub President (2016-17), served as Vice District Governor (2017-18), served as District Governor of Dist 160 and ICC (2018-19), as International Advisor (2019-20), served as Vice Chairman of South Multiple Council and International Director (2020-21) and now serving as Chairman South Multiple Council.

During hi tenure as Governor, he did his exemplary works, both at administrative and services fronts brought this district to the level of "Best District" and waarded as the "Best Governor". As International Director, he had motivated all the 8 DG's under his control to become 100% DG Award Winners, enrolled more than 40 LMFs extended 3 District and was honoured with "Ambassador of Goodwill Award" and "100% International Director Award", "Extension Award", "International President's Medal" and "Leaders Medal" from AACI.

He gor married to Mrs. Vasanthakumari, whose grand father was a veteran communist leader sri kalappaal Kuppusamy, and served in BSNL for long years and retired. She had also served as District Governor. They are having one daughter and two sons and blessed with 2 grand daughters and 3 grand sons. Their daughter Mrs Subadhra, got married and settled at Bangalore, Elder son Mr Sivabalan is settled in Manchester, UK and doing consultancy services at London. Their youndest son Dr Saravanan, a reowned Vasci+ular Surgeon, got married with Dr Suganya (M.D) and are running the Mount Multispeciality Hospital in Chennai.

Ally Pankaj Shrivastava - Past President 2023-24

Pankaj, born in Kanpur (U.P) on 30 th October, joined Alliance Clubs International in 2012, he is a member of Alliance Club of Kanpur Main, District 154 and had served as International Secretary in the year 2014-15 and as International Director in the year 2012-12 and 2013-14.

Under his leadership 10 new districts are initiated. He has received numerous International President’s Award and The Ambassador of goodwill ( The highest award of Alliance Clubs International ) for his contribution to the organisation.

Ally Pankaj is actively involved in number of charitable, social and professional organization like Kanpur Bar Association, U.P. Bar Council, Bharat Vikas Parishad , Lodge Suryodaya , Bharat Sewa Sankalp, Kayasth Maha Sabha Kanpur etc. He is the founder President of renowned cultural group ALANKRIT . He is a very active member of Lions Club International since 1985 and served as a District Governor of District 321-B2 in year 2001-02.

By profession he is Tax Consultant(Advocate). He is a consistent performer . He never compromise on quality . He is a very loyal, devoted and an enthusiastic individual.

He has travelled widely Nationally and Internationally, which has broaden his vision, skills and enhanced his ability of dealing with matters and challenges more successfully . His oratory skills have been his hallmark and touches the heart of those he addresses.

He is happily married with Ally Shakti and blessed with one son Shantanu and two daughter Dr. Kritika and Er.Somya.

Ally CA V.M Rao - Past President 2022-23

Ally CA V. M. Rao was born on 1st July, 1958 in Brahmanatarla Village, Palasa Manddam, Srikakulam District, Andhra Pradesh. He became Chartered Accountant in the year 1985 and since then he is in the profession as Chartered Accountant in Srikakulam.

He married to Smt.V.Geethanjali on 19th April 1986. He isblessed with 2 daughters, eldest daughter Sameera, B.Tech got married and she is now in USA and second daughter Sindhura, B.Tech also got married and she is working in UK and only son Mr. Saran Ganesh, Char tered Accountant, presently working iDELLOITE.

He is also member of Lions club of Palasa Cashew Land served as President, Zone Chairperson and Regional Chairperson.

He is also Executive Member of Indian Red Cross Society, Srikakulam Branch and he got three times Gold Medals with Appreciation Certificates from Sri. N.D. Tiwari, then State Governor and from Sri K.L. Narasimham then Governor of A.P. and from Present Governor of Andhra Pradesh Sri Biswabhusan Harichandan. He is also life member of Friends Helping club.Berhampur (Odissa).

He is the Chairman of Sri Satya Ganapathi Educational Society, Srikakulam running one school in the name of VIDHATRIVIDYALAYA, Srikakulam, and also Treasurer of PRAJNA EDUCATIONAL TRUST running Engineering College in the name of Prajna Institute of Technology and Management, Palas.

He served as Vice District Governor of District 105 in the year 2012-13 and District Governor for the year.

2013-14 and he has received "Ambassador of Goodwill Award" from the International President Ally Capt. Kuldip Singh Ji. He was International Director in the year.

2014-15, Served as International Secretary in the year.

2015-16 He was the International Board member for the years.

2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19. He has served as 3rd IVP & 2nd IVP. and 2021-22 he is the Ist International Vice President.

Ally Er Avinash Ohri - Past President 2021-22

Avinash Chander Ohri born at Una, Himachal Pradesh in social and reputed family on 21st Sep. 1946, brought up in a very cordial atmosphere. Havingcompleted his basic education at Una, Shri Ohri did his Engineering Degree in Mechanical MIE. In addition to it he dd diploma in Industrial Management and Forge technology. He started his career with establishing Bharat Chemical and General Industries at Haridwar, with dedication at work he was able to start another business Ohri Techno Chem amd Arosun Paints & Coating (India). He is married to very caring housewife Neelam, blessed with three sons Shiv, Aneesh and Ankush all well qualified and settled in family business and in education line.

Success of Shri Ohri is due to his simplicity, soft spoken, team work, less talk but dedication to work, these qualification brought him in social service. He joined Lions Club International in year 1982, with his passion to serve and popularity he rose step by step and was assigned with important portfolios in District level and finally elected as Multiple Council Chairperson in 2000-01 (Head of 10 Distt having 995 clubs with over 28000 members) spread from Varanasi to Jammu and Kashmir including Delhi, Punjab and Haryana. He travelled all over the world to attend International Convention in Lionism.

He joined Bharat Vikas Parishad and Indian Social Organization in 1994. Being a quality leadership man entrusted the responsiblity of Prant President 2005-07, subsequently Zone Chairman and National Chairman of different projects, among them was Uttarakhand Apda Relief a project to rehabilitate the demage of devasting flood of 2013. He had to his credit of building new school building at Uttarkashi and a hall at Gocher with Parishad collected Rs. 1.3 crore. During a period of 8yrs under his able guidance Prant organised 10 National Programme in a row a record for the tiny state in Parishad. He had to his credit of number of laurels in parishad. Last but not the least parishad developed a cluster of 3 villages in Haridwar. BY making 51 toilets, roads, street lights and Mokash Dham (Cremation ground) with the aid of social organization and villagers.

Passion to serve mankind compel Shri Ohri to join Association of Alliance Clubs International a social organization with head office in India and rapidly upcoming service organization and entrusted with formation of Clubs Distt. in this Western U.P and Uttarakhand region. His dedication and hard work make it possible to make four Distt. with 36 clubs having 610 meembers in a span of 30 months. looking at the dedication international office decorated him as International Director for two years and International 3rd Vice President.

Under his able guidance Distt 179 N initiated a unique programme "Alliance Science Championship 2020" (a programme to expose the hidden talent in youth). 1200 students of 12 schools (Hindi & English Medium) participated the final quiz in Jan - Feb 2020. Noddle teahers decorated participants of each school given certificates. Finalist students and schools awarded with trophies.

He is also President of Antar Rashtriya Sahayog Parishad (2018 - 2020) Haridwar Chapter which help the Pravashi Indian to know about their ancient links.

Ally Dr. T.P. Gandhi - Past President 2018-19

Born to Suryanarayan Murthy and Suryakantam on 02-06-1944 at veeravaram, E.G. Dist. Married to Smt. Sulochana Devi and proud father of two sons. Elder son Ravi Mehar, MS Virginiatech and MBA Stanford University, USA, CEO of Planet Pro Co., California. Second Son Kishore MS University of Houston, Texas, MBA Berkley University USA, working with Amezon.com, Seattle. Presently he is deputed as Marketing Head Amazon.com, Bangaluru. Both sons and Daughter-in law are alliance clubs members. Blessed with one grandson and three grand daughters.

Presently Consultant Pediatrician at Narendra Poly Clinic, Double Roads, MVP Colony, Visakhapatnam. Asst. Professor at SV Med. College, Tirupati, RMC Kakinada; AMC, Visakhapatnam, Pediatrician RCD Hospital for handicapped Children Vizag. Consultant ICDSfor over a decade from 1982 to 1994. Co-Ordinator for Who, Unicef, All India Radio, Social Welfare Department A.P. Social Work Department of A.U., Municipal Corporation, Visage, Professor of Pediatrics & HOD, AMC KHG Superintendent KGH, Principal, AMC Visakhapatnam 2002. Professor HOD Pedatric and Principal MIMS Medical College, 2003 to 2009.

National Executive Member Indian Academy of Pediatrics - 86 - 2002, Life Member IAP, Life Member IMA, Life Member Indian Public Health, FIAP2002. Life Member National Academy of Medical Sciences, State President IAP, Andhra Pradesh 2002. Recently he was elected as Vice Chairman of All India "TB Association" of Andhra Pradesh.

Metro. 100% President 1986, Best Zone Chairman 1987-88, Outstanding DCG (RC) in 1990, District Chairman for 20 years. Active leader in Alliance Clubs International in Extension Team, Elected for 2010 as Multiple Council Chairman.

Ally Dr. T. Santhamma - Past President 2017-18

She is a well known Ally Dedicated to service and is a embodiment of all Logistic, Allianstic and Philosophy. Service and sacrifice are her ideals guide by love and compassion. Born on 15th July 1947 to Sri P. Laxminarasimha and Venkatratnam in Srikakulam in Andhra Pradesh and brought up by Sri P. Subbbarao and Venkataramanamma. In 1966 she got married to Sri M. Bhaskara Rao and became a mother of three Children, two sons and one daughter. She has completed M.Ed., M. Phil. and Ph.D. She started her career as a High School Teacher and retired as a Professor.

About her Social and Literary services we can say as “Akhand Jyothi”. She is Member in Kendriya Vidyalaya Management, Saraswathi Sisu Mandir Vidya Committee, Sai Foundation Vidya Committee, Sai Foundation Mahila Vibhag, Zilla Consumers Forum . She is a Life Member for Red Cross Society and Individually Donated a BODY FREEZER. She is also Life Member of Prerma Samajam. She is an Executive Body Member in Kowmudhi Parishad, Bharat Vikas Parishad, Vijaya Bhavana, Dist. Animal Welfare Association, Acharya Aatreya Kala Peetham, Jr. Lecturers Association state and district level, Sarojni Mahila Mandal, Rasaprasunam – Book Committee, Spicmacy- New Delhi, Gurajada Samakhya and a permanent Trustee for JATTU BHAVA SAMAKHYA for tribles. She has given 80 Lyrics, 200 Lectures and 3 Karmika Kadamba Programmes through Doordarshan and All India Radio. She is an orator and gave more than 450 Lectures on open dais – on Ramayana, Mahabharata, Bhagavata and Bhagavatgeetha and also modern Leterature and Current Problems. She is a writer and got State Best Awards and Published 4 Books. She was awarded as “Woman of theYear” and Best Lecturer in State Level.

In Alliance Clubs International she joined as Charter First Woman Vice Governor and extended 7 clubs in 2010-2011. She got the Best Governor Award along with other 7 Awards for various Service Activities. She served as International Joint Secretary in 2011-12. In 2012-13 she is the first Woman Multiple Chairperson in South as well as International also. In 2013-2014 she was appointed as International Director for leadership as first Woman Director and conducted a Leadership Training Programme named TRAINERS TRAINING INSTITUTE in Goa successfully. She extended 10 Districts, in 2014-15. she was elected and selected as International 2nd Vice President in 2015-16 , 1st Vice President in 2016-17. She holds the HONOURABLE INTERNATIONAL PRESIDENT post for the office of the Association of Alliance Clubs International for the year 2017-2018.

She is also a member of “Lions Clubs International” from 20 Years and served so many positions and got best awards. No doubt she is sincere, dedicated and asset to the organization.

Ally Er. Anup Mittal - Past President 2016-17

Born on 3rd Jan 1955, Ally Er. Anup Mittal comes across as a real pleasing personality and his sincerity acts as a catalyst instantly endearing him to one and all. He is an Electronics Graduate from the prestigious Roorkee and currently engaged in Manufacturing and trading of Electronic products mainly LED TV. He is a well known importer of Delhi having offices in Delhi, Mumbai, China and Hong-Kong.

Ally Er. Anup Mittal is happily married to Ally Anita Mittal (Charter District Governor 2011-12). They are blessed with a Daughter Dr. Arika Suri and a Son Er. Rajat Mitaal. Ally Er. Anup Mittal, is blessed with one grandson Taran and three Granddaughters namely Lisa, Vridhi, Vritti.

He has served as the Multiple Council Chairperson 1995-96 and District Governor 1994-95 and Chairman Sight First 1996-98 in Lions Clubs International. Evaluating his dedication and selfless efforts towards the underprivileged he was honored by then Honorable President of India Sh Shankar Dayal Sharma.

He was closely associated with the Chief Minister of Delhi Smt. Sheila Dixit during the Commonwealth Games and commended him in the form of a written thank you note for his undying efforts of making the arrangements a success. In Alliance Clubs International he has held the post of the International Advisor, International Director, International Secretary, International Vice President 1st & 2nd and International President 2016-17. He is bestowed with the highest award of Alliance Clubs International as “Ambassador of Goodwill”.

He aims at making Cancer Care as a Signature Project for Alliance Clubs International. He believes that “Hope Changes Everything” and has aimed at constructing Focus Centers for Minimalistic care. He believes that this Signature project will be the stepping stone for Alliance Clubs International, being a True Ally in the literally.. He feels ecstatically towards helping the underprivileged – which would mean socializing in the true sense.

Ally Er. Anup Mittal has worked with Udaipur Narain Sanstha which is known for the treatment of disabled children, to help them with proper treatment and make them self sustainable. Ally Er. Anup Mittal arranged mass marriage of over 100 disabled through this organization.

Ally Dr. Capt. Kuldip Singh - Past President 2015-16

Born on 19th February 1946 at Chandigarh. Ally Dr. Capt. Kuldip Singh graduated from Punjab University, Chandigarh. He did his Commercial Pilot training from Delhi Flying Club where he was a batch mate of Formal Prime Minister Sh.Rajiv Gandhi. Ally Capt. Kuldip Singh joined Indian Army as an Officer in the regiment of Artillery. He has the honor of participating in two major wars with Pakistan in 1965 and 1971. He was honored by Govt. of India with SURAKSHA and SANGRAMMedals for his services toward the nation.

Recently he has been awarded a PHD degree (Doctorate) in Human relation and social sciences by Sorbon University France. He established World Class Security Network (ISO9001:2000) SDS Group of Companies. SDS Group has the distinction of organizing many National and International events like Asian Games, Commonwealth Games, World Cricket Tournaments, and Russian Festival in India.

He is the National Vice President of Central Association of Private Security Industry (CAPSI). He is also a member of American Society for Industrial Security. He was awarded fellowship by IISSM. He has been honoured by Home Ministry for his professional Excellency. He was awarded LIFE TIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD by CAPSI.

He was honored by his Excellency Former Presidents of India, honourable Sh. S.D Sharma and honorable Sh. R.Venkataraman as eminent citizen of India twice. Capt. Kuldip Singh is well-known personality and has been always in the four fronts of activities for helping the needy and downtrodden member of our society. He joined Lion Clubs International in the year 1980 and became District Governor of 321-A1 of Lions Club International 1999 and became Vice Council Chairman next year.

He was nominated as International Director in the Board of Directors by Alliance Club International. By virtue of his dedication, organizational ability and leadership qualities, he was elevated to the post of 1st International Vice President in the year 2011-2013 and on 23rd February 2013 he was elected and elevated to the top post of Alliance Clubs International as International President for 2013-2014. After completion of excellent tenure as International President, now he is helping our organization as International Past President.

He is happily married to Mrs. Daljit Kaur, social worker and Ally member. He is blessed with one son Prabhjit Singh who is Managing Director of SDS Security Group and Silver Fox Int. His Daughter-in-law Deepa Singh is working with AIR INDIA.

Ally CA B. Tirupathi Raju - Past President 2014-15 / 20-21

B. Tirupathi Raju B. Com., FCA is residing & practicing as a Chartered Accountant at Visakhapatnam since 1988. He is the founder of MSRS Educational Trust in 1996. The trust is running various educational institutions. He is very relational and affectionate towards others. He has a charisma to win the people for the noble cause of serving the poor and needy. Gratitude is his attitude which makes him as a servant leader.His natural flair for leadership manifests in every act which he has undertaken during his long and illustrious career of Lionsim. He joined in lionism in 1988.

He Served in all capacities both as the club and the District level of Lions Clubs International. He served as District Governor of lions Clubs International Dist 324-C1 during the Lionistic year 2004-2005. He has shown excellence in every aspect especially in conducting many “Seva Mahotsavam” during his governorship, He played major role in developing Lions Cancer Hospital in Visakhapatnam and Lions Koduri Ranga Rao Eye Hospital at Jaggampeta. He has toured both in India and abroad around 30 countries.

He is the pioneer to establish Alliance Clubs in India and aborad along with our founders. He is very passionate with a great compassion to serve others. He was on the front line to give himself to others with generosity noted by joining in SLF along with his wife.

His wife Ally Nirmala is a Civil Engineer and doing practice in the name of SRM Builders in Visakhaptnam. His only son Namely Sandeep Varma is working in Canada and recently happily got married with Sindhu.

Ally Koduri Ranga Rao - Past President 2013-14

Our Walker Sri Koduri Ranga Rao hails from a noble and traditional agricultural family, born on 09-05-1942 to Late Sri Subbanna and Smt. Papayamma. He is known for his humble nature and dedication. He obtained a Diploma in Fisheries Technology and Navigation from Andhra Polytechnic College, Kakinada and served the Dept. of Fisheries of the State of Andhra Pradesh. He then started operating and financing fishermen community and thus regarded him as their “BIG BROTHER”. he took the bold decision to give up his government job and stepped into business.

Besides this, following his family tradition Sri Ranga Rao grew as a leading agriculturist by establishing scientific methods making him a ‘Role Model’ to the farmers in his neighborhood. He was honored with the “UTTAMA KARSHAK” award by the Government of AP.

Sri Ranga Rao, by virtue of his hard work had scaled enviable heights in his life, yet one finds him humble, egofree, soft spoken and friendly. Sri Ranga Rao’s belief of that service through an organization will be more effective than service as an individual, made him to associate the Lions Clubs International through Lions Club of Jaggampeta in 1980. He was made the president of the organization during 1998-99 and has earned many accolades like the ‘BEST CLUB”, “BEST PRESIDENT” and “BEST SIGHT FIRST”.

He donated prime land ( The land value Rs. 200 Lakhs) for the eye hospital in Jaggampeta which is serves more than a 100 villages and tribal agency areas . For his services to eradicate blindness and he was honoured as “NETRABANDHU” in 2004-05 by the then Lions Governor. Sri Ranga Rao joined Walkers Clubs International; he was aptly honoured with the title “SEVA RATNA” jointly by walkers & Health Club Jaggampeta. The Mothers International Organization, India, a reputed social organization has felicitated him with “SON OF INDIA” in 2007.

Also our Koduri Ranga Rao is associated with Association of Alliance Clubs International and is the ‘’Fonder Chairman of AACIF (Association of Alliance Clubs International Foundation)’’ and introduced ‘’SLF (Service Leadership Friendship)’’ in AACI which awards SLF to a payee of Rs.10,000/- for fund raising and as well increasing the fellowship to AACI. Ally Ranga Rao rendered his services as “International Director – Charity” for three years and served as “Chair Person – AACI South India Multiple Council’s for the year 2016-17. He is a pat International president of AACI.

Ally. Ranga Rao is happily married a noble lady Smt. Subba Lakshmi on 9th Dec’1964 and peacefully surviving with wife, two sons, one daughter and seven grand children.
